Database
========

``Runner`` relies on `ASE database <https://wiki.fysik.dtu.dk/ase/ase/db/db.html>`_ 
for storing atomistic data and run information.  The database holds each
atomistic system as a row in the database. The ``Runner`` adds further
information, to the row, to manage the runs.
